Notes Scratchpad

A simple, single-buffer scratchpad extension for quick note-taking in Noctalia Shell. Saves your cursor position inbetween uses and also provides a character/word counter.

Keyboard Shortcut

Toggle the scratchpad panel with:

qs -c noctalia-shell ipc call plugin:notes-scratchpad togglePanel

Bind this to a keyboard shortcut in your compositor configuration for quick access.

Settings

You can configure:

• Panel Width
• Panel Height
• Font Size
• Scratchpad file location
